It's vacation week, and I wanted to start things off with a new piece in my Curious Portraits series. I attended a grad school open house at the Rhode Island School of Design late last week and was able to capture a bunch of good photos of specimens in their super-duper incredible Nature Lab. My recent digital manipulation, "The Monsieur and His Most Prized Cuttlefish" was just accepted into the Bromfield Gallery this morning. The upcoming show in Boston is titled "12x12" and features the less-than-one-foot work of various selected artists. If you happen to be in Boston this Friday December 3rd, you should stop by the Bromfield at 450 Harrison Ave between 6-8:30pm. It's pretty awesome- I'm just sayin'. :)

Six of my pieces will be on view at the Jacob Edwards Library in Southbridge, MA for the month of August. It's a small victory, but a VICTORY none-the-less! I've also been asked to submit two pieces for some kind of display at a law firm in Concord New Hampshire for September. I'm thinking I might want to try something new... I'll keep you posted.
